Beth's Bean Salad

1 can kidney beans
1 can chick peas
1 can yellow beans
1 can green beans
2 or 3 stalks of celery
½ pepper chopped

Drain all the tins thoroughly. Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl.

In a saucepan blend together:
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup oil
Salt and pepper

Boil for 3 minutes. Let cool. Pour over the vegetables and refrigerate.
